About The Bags

1. The bags we carry are 200% authentic. We practice a money back guarantee policy on authenticity. These bags are pre-owned, mostly sourced out from friends, relatives and other fashionistas. We only accept bags that are in mint condition.

Payment Methods

1. At the moment, payments are to be made to a Maybank

Account. Paypals are not accepted as customers will have to

incur additional charges and we aim to keep prices low.

2. An initial deposit of 50% from the total payment

must be made within 24 hours of placing the order

to reserve the bag. Soon after customers can make the balance payment within the week. We practice a "Pay First & Its Yours" policy.

3. Customers must provide proof each time a payment has

been made either by taking a digital photograph/

scanned receipt and attaching it in the email or by copying

and pasting the successful online transaction record in the

email.

4. Please note once orders have been confirmed, no

cancellations are to be made. Orders must be final.

Customers are encouraged to cooperate or risk being

blacklisted.

Shipment

1. Pos Laju services will be used to mail the bags out. PosLaju prices are not included in the prices quoted. If the customer opts for COD, delivery place and time will be at our convenience.

1. All bags are guaranteed authentic.

2. Payments are to be made to Maybank only.

3. Please email us only if you are serious about purchasing. Do

not waste our time and we wont waste yours. We are indeed

working hard to bring you these bags at the cheapest prices

possible. Once orders are confirmed, please be responsible in

making your payments on time and do not back out. If you

do, we will no longer accept orders from you in the future.

4. All the bags are checked thoroughly before they are mailed

out to customers. Therefore all sales made are final. There
will be no returns, exchanges or refunds.

5. We are not liable for any delay in the shipping of these bags or damages incurred during shipment by PosLaju.
