1) How do I know you are honest sellers?


Because we are selling on our own platform, there is no way for us to verify this private selling unfortunately. However, we encourage you to ask us as many questions as you’d like other than those already answered here so that you feel comfortable. We plan to be in this business for the long run so it will not do us any good to cheat our customers. One upset customer can bring a loss to any business.

2) Are the bags authentic?

The bags are guaranteed 200% authentic. We practice a money back guarantee policy on authenticity within the next day.

3) What will my bag come with?

The bags will come with what is provided to us by the previous owners. As such this varies with each bag. Do inquire with us further regarding this matter when you drop us an email.

4) Can you reserve a bag for me?

We do not accept verbal confirmations of orders as there have been cases in the past where the customers have backed out at the last minute. The bag will be sold to the customer who is able to make the payment first. A deposit of 80% is usually required within 24 hours.

5) Can I ask for a discount on prices shown here?

All prices are fixed and do not include postage charges. Please take note.
6) Can I pick my bag up from you?

If you prefer you may opt to pick your bag up from us. The time and place will be at our discretion and convenience. Demanding and fussy customers will not be entertained and their bags will be shipped to them.

7) Do you accept refunds?

We practice a money back guarantee policy on authenticity within the next day once you’ve received your bag. All bags are inspected thoroughly before they are shipped to ensure they are in mint condition. In cases where bags are shipped, a security tag will be attached so there is no swapping of the bag in question and a written statement from the boutique manager will be needed to support the authenticity claim. If you opt to pick the bag up and are suspicious of its authenticity, you may chose to meet us at the boutique itself to verify its authenticity. Other than issues of authenticity, all sales are final.

8) What should I do if I have a bag to sell?

The important thing to remember is that even though you bags are in excellent condition, the value of pre-loved bags depreciates between 30-40% when you choose to sell. Buyers want a steal! We will only accept bags that are generally in good condition, therefore the full disclosure and pictures of flaws is required. If we discover undisclosed flaws, we reserve the right to amend the price of the bag in which we will discount the price for the buyers.
